I found the staff members very professional in helping their clients choose the best suitable products for their needs. My only disappointment was lengthy deliveries, after several phone calls and messages.
But overall I got my luxurious bathtub in perfect condition just as it was shown on their website and it also came with a guide on how to do the installation which was quite helpful. It fitted my bathroom just as I had planned
I strongly recommend you adjust your delivery time.
