Many reviews applaud quick, on-time delivery and fast fixes when items are missing. Several mention proactive steps such as resending next day and meeting requested delivery dates. A minority describe orders that never arrived or refunds where postage costs were deducted.
Many buyers say the boxes feel reasonably priced or great value and fit gift budgets well. Others disagree, pointing to small quantities, cheap internal packaging, or mixers they see as overpriced. These value complaints appear often enough to put some shoppers off.
Presentation and gift appeal come up repeatedly; recipients are described as pleased and buyers often return to order again. Reviewers frequently mention easy ordering and a straightforward checkout. Several shoppers call it a handy stocking filler or small-occasion gift.
Reviewers often praise the outer packaging, flavour variety, and the recipe cards. Some report lower-quality inner packaging and limited spirit amounts. Positive feedback on the range of products appears across many reviews.
Many customers mention clear delivery updates and quick replies from customer service. Some describe weak follow-up, refunds being held back, or being asked to return unused boxes at extra cost. Communication therefore comes across as mixed.
Overall feedback leans positive, with frequent five-star reviews for gifting and fast fulfilment. Clear negatives cluster around delivery failures, returns, and perceived poor value. Strong praise alongside occasional service and value problems leaves a polarised impression.

Reviewer felt the gin and lemonade were overpriced.
“Over priced gin and lemonade”
Despite the fact that I received it within three working days, this Christmas Gin Box from the Micro Bar Box online shop was missing a few essential components. I was disappointed.
I sent them an email to explain what was missing and why I was able to use the box as intended; they just requested that I return the box unused so that they could see what was missing for themselves, and then they would send me another box to my postal address for the sum of$ 50.
Given that they had already charged me $150, I felt that this was a lot of hustle.
I believe you should make improvements to your customer service procedures.
