It was a bad day. I came home after seeing a commercial on TV about Memory Foam Warehouse and reading their website. I had high hopes when I walked into the store. The problem is that it took FOREVER for someone to assist me and then, the product I wanted wasn't even there! It's like a big scam or something. How can you promote your products through advertising and marketing if you don't have the stuff I want? I don’t like the level of ineptness the staff showed at the store. This should be a wake up call to provide items that you advertise on the media. But still I can’t recommend the store to other prospective buyers because the same disappointment may still await them.
