Company ceased trading and customer may not get flowers or refund.
“I might not get the flowers back and getting my money back seems to be a difficult thing, too.”
Reviews repeatedly point to paid orders going unfilled after the business stopped trading. Several customers say refunds were hard to obtain and formed a Facebook group to coordinate their response. One review describes an in-store purchase where the sale went through, but the staff were seen as inept.

“The staff was so inept that I almost left before purchasing anything.”
The main issue is orders not being fulfilled after the company stopped trading. Multiple reviewers describe paying for flowers that never arrived, including for important occasions. One review mentions an in-store purchase where staff support was poor.
Several reviews focus on money lost through payments taken without delivery and refunds that did not come through. Some tie that loss to time-sensitive orders, including funerals. Only one higher-rated review does not mention losing money.
Some customers took their complaints public, including setting up a Facebook group to push for answers. One reviewer describes an uncomfortable shop visit where they almost walked out before buying. No reviews repeatedly mention problems with the website or checkout.
Only a small number of comments address product quality. One review says the flowers arrived not fresh or rooted. No other reviews describe ongoing defects or compare quality across purchases.
Reviewers point to little or no useful official communication on order status or refunds. The Facebook group and public warnings suggest people looked for updates outside normal channels. Several describe struggling to reach a resolution through standard contact methods.
Most reviews centre on unresolved delivery and refund problems. Experiences split sharply between several very negative accounts and one higher-rated in-store purchase. Customers responded by organising together and posting public warnings.

I went to Magenta Flowers earlier this year to buy an Abutilon hybridum ‘Victorian Lady’ for my backyard. The staff was so inept that I almost left before purchasing anything. The flowers were not fresh and I hated the way the staff blamed it on the rain that was going around that time! They did not smell or look fresh. Also, they did not have any roots, which meant I had to plant them immediately after receiving them. I called the shop about my disappointment and did not hear back from them even though they said they would call me back right away. I would never recommend a friend to go to a shop like this.
