Birthday Train and Backpack

We had a bad experience with Luksusbaby and we would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. We ordered the Birthday Train and Backpack for our son. We wanted to give it to him for his 3rd Birthday. Initially the process was fine, but we ended up being frustrated because it took so long for delivery. The company's customer service was not very cooperative either. They did not respond to our queries about the status of the order or when it will be delivered. We had to contact them multiple times before we could get an answer. We had to spend extra by getting other gifts from local stores.
