I got 4 stainless steel water bootles for my mother, myself, and my two sons.

Everything went smoothly, and the merchandise arrived in a timely manner.

I noticed that one of the bottle caps had been damaged during my initial assessment of the box.

I sent them an email indicating that the only thing damaged was the bottle cap, along with photographic evidence, but this is hoe they responded to my email.

I was accused of "ridiculously straining the bottle cap to make it appear damaged," "damaging the merchandise upon unpacking it at my address," "disappointed in this request and will completely deny my return request," and "disappointed in this request and will completely deny my return request."
