I placed an order for 6 Toldbod outdoor wall light by Louis Poulsen.
Some items were not in stock at the time of purchase, but were later updated with a confirmed delivery date and full payment was then collected.
Delivery was subsequently delayed once more after money was received, and Lights.co.uk confirmed that they didn't even have stock at the time they accepted payment.
I requested a refund for those things and for the remaining items to be sent as soon as they became available.
They then simply cancelled the entire order, despite my written requests, and practically instructed me to leave the country!
Customer service is really important.
To be very honest, the emails were not helpful at all, as they were doing everything I did not want them to do!
