I bought some pintuck tailored trousers in coral on this site. When I received them, I was really disappointed, because they were so different from the pictures. I decided to return them and I started the process. It was very challenging but they kept saying that the return process is very simple and easy, but there is no one to assist you with anything. The customer team was rude and unprofessional. They also said that they would refund my money in 10-15 days. And after 2 weeks of calling and emails, they still didn't give me back my money, and when I asked for a manager (I even sent a complaint), no one answered me. This is the first and last time that I trust this company.
