Last month our manager ordered ten Casino Ribbed Office Chair Black from Lake land furniture website. From his end, it was very easy to navigate the site, identify the right chairs, placing the orders and paying. Given the time when he placed the order the delivery was also fast. However, three of the chairs had problems. He asked me to contact the company’s customer care support to inform them of the damages. When I did, the lady on the phone was very polite and handled the matter in a professional manner. The three chairs were returned and after a few days, we received replacements. I absolutely loved the service and ease of doing returns which is hectic with some companies.
