Our cooker was delivered, and after the driver had left, we discovered that it did not have any power.

We called the office on a Saturday afternoon expecting a terrible response, yet the phone was answered swiftly and we were asked to submit a photo, which we duly did.

On Monday, we received an email from their customer care apologizing for the situation, which was not their fault, and informing us that they would have a replacement shipped as soon as they could arrange transportation.

Sure enough, everything was arranged and the replacement was sent within 46 hours, which was wonderful!

My interactions with their customer service representatives were amazing!
