At the beginning of October, I made an order for a Gold Watch from Johnny Love Rosie. which had everything in stock.

I received a message advising me that the watch will be delivered after the 20th of October.

Aside from that, I received another email indicating that my item will not be delivered beyond the 10th of November and that I had not gotten any emails confirming the whereabouts of my item.

They have not answered despite my frequent emails.

I mentioned that it was a gift for my spouse and that I needed it before his birthday on November 15th.

If I wasn't going to receive it, I'd want a full refund so that I could purchase another one instead.

I received no answer to any of my emails. I'm quite upset with your lack of communication.

I would also advise against making an order with them.
