Returned item five weeks ago with no refund and no response from customer service.
“I returned an item 5 weeks ago and have not received a refund.”
Many reviewers like Joanie’s well-made, retro-inspired pieces, regular sale bargains, and usually quick dispatch. A large group say they paid for orders that never arrived, couldn’t get refunds, and got little or no reply from support. Several shoppers point to new return charges and uneven sizing as reasons they may not buy again. A few mention specific faults, including broken clips and colour transfer.

A notable set of negative reviews says people paid for orders that never arrived and then didn’t receive refunds. Other customers describe quick dispatch, straightforward ordering, and fast exchanges, showing a clear split between smooth deliveries and wider fulfilment problems.
Several shoppers highlight sale prices and call their purchases good bargains. Separate complaints focus on new return fees, prices dropping after purchase, and expensive international return postage for customers abroad.
Many customers say items arrive quickly, fit well, and look good, with frequent mentions of true-to-size pieces. Others repeatedly point to sizing that varies, trousers coming up too long, and the occasional return being refused.
Many positive reviews praise the fabric quality, flattering fits, and careful packaging. A small number report broken hardware, colour transfer onto other items, and garments that didn’t match the stated materials.
A main theme is customer support not replying, with emails going unanswered, especially about returns and refunds. In contrast, some reviewers say customer service sorted problems quickly and dealt with recalls or refunds once contacted.
Reviews split between strong praise for the clothes and deep frustration about fulfilment and refunds. Several reviewers say they want the brand to keep going and describe ongoing loyalty despite the service issues.

I recently bought Arianne EcoVero™ Snake Print Jumpsuit, that's why I'm looking for a manner to convey my frustration. I have been ripped off by the material and feel of the clothes. The customer service should explain the value behind the price of this clothes and make customers feel they are getting an exquisite product rather than paying for something that falls apart. I am very disappointed in the fabric that they used it's low quality, and feel like they ripped me off with their claims of being "eco friendly". They use cotton which is not eco friendly, I have written them to complain but wouldn't work out.
