I ordered a VALENCIA SOLID OAK DINING SET – NATURAL OAK, WITH GAUDI CHAIRS – DARK GREY from this company but they decided to ship a different set. I was disappointed when I got home only to find different products. I reached out to them, there was no one to pick the call, I sent an email with no response on the first day. The second day was the same scenario. The phone was soo engaged or there was no one to receive. After two days I was lucky to receive a reply to my email. I thought it had been made easy for me but I was wrong. The entire return process took me more than a week but when I finally received the right set, I swore never to buy anything from them. They have very poor customer service.
