I made a buy from justhype on 23rd february, after a week I got a call from courier business claiming they have delivered the merchandise at my home address, but when I verify I have not received any stuff.

After that, just hype staff has not picked any of my calls and also not addressed my emails/queries.

I don't know what to do next.

I am quite disappointed about the service from this site and from their customer care.

I was really impressed with the quality and the price.

I wasn't thrilled with the shipping.

I assumed it was going to be mailed within a week but instead it took 3 months.
