Received only one of three items and no customer response.
“I received the delivery and only had 1 item in the bag.”
Reviews show a clear split: several customers praise fast delivery, clear product images and pleasing designs, while a substantial number report fulfilment problems and product faults such as broken seams or buckles. A frequent issue is slow or unhelpful customer support, including unanswered emails and difficulty obtaining refunds or replacements. If you consider buying from Hype, check the returns and warranty terms, keep order confirmations and photos of any faults, and allow timeframes for raising a claim. Those prioritising durability or robust after-sales help may prefer to compare alternatives before purchasing.

Delivery and after-sales handling are frequently criticised; many reviewers report late, missing or incorrect parcels and slow or inadequate resolution.
Several shoppers report poor value when items fail quickly or refunds exclude delivery charges; a small number praise price relative to quality.
Site ordering, images and notifications are praised in a few cases, but there is very limited data so experiences appear mixed overall.
Reports split: multiple complaints of stitching failures, broken buckles and bobbling after wash, while other reviewers describe well-made bags and liked designs.
Many reviewers describe unresponsive, slow or defensive customer support with limited escalation options; a minority mention helpful notifications or replies.
Overall impressions are mixed but tilt negative: recurring reports of product faults and poor customer service contrast with several positive delivery and product comments.

“Terrible customer service, no response to emails to customer service”
I made a buy from justhype on 23rd february, after a week I got a call from courier business claiming they have delivered the merchandise at my home address, but when I verify I have not received any stuff.
After that, just hype staff has not picked any of my calls and also not addressed my emails/queries.
I don't know what to do next.
