I purchased a crocus bulbs flower from the Garden Center Koeman online store. When they arrived it was too late in the year to plant them. I contacted Garden Center Koeman and they said that I had to return them for a refund. They did not ask me if I wanted to keep them for next spring or send me a new order of crocus bulbs at no charge.
Don't buy from this online store, they have poor quality products and customer service is not good. I am very disappointed with the product I purchased. The seller said they guaranteed the quality of their products but they don't respond to my emails.
Promises of one-day dispatch and 24hr replies proved untrue.
