Initial delivery took months and many parts were missing or incorrect.
“First deliery took 3 months, not 5 weeks, and many parts were missing.”
Feedback is sharply split. Many reviews mention late deliveries, missing or damaged parts, and refunds that are slow or never arrive. Others praise solid timber construction, sturdy log cabins, and playhouses that children enjoy. Overall, the comments show a stark gap between fulfilment problems and well-made buildings once complete.

After-sales support and refunds draw the strongest criticism. Many reviews describe cancelled orders, long-running refund disputes, and replacement parts that never get resolved. A smaller number mention quick refunds or a fix after escalating the issue.
Several customers say they paid extra for repairs because parts were poor quality or items were missing. Some buyers report good value on higher-end log cabins and promotional offers. Positive value remarks appear less often than complaints about money wasted.
Some reviews describe straightforward assembly, good-looking finished buildings, and playhouses that children enjoy. Others report builds that stalled because parts were missing or warped, or because deliveries arrived incomplete. This leads to very different on-site experiences.
Many reviews point to warped, split, or soft timber, leaking roofs, and panels that feel structurally weak. Several others praise excellent timber and sturdy cabins that arrived on time. Positive quality reports appear, but defect and damage comments are more common.
Many customers describe poor communication, delivery dates that stay unclear, and calls that go unanswered. A smaller group reports helpful phone support and timely delivery updates. Most complaints focus on late or missing updates.
Reviews show a clear split between one-star fulfilment problems and four- to five-star satisfaction with the product. Negative comments centre on delivery, missing parts, and service issues. Positive comments focus on the finished build quality and day-to-day use.

After spending months searching for an overlap shed, I came across Garden Buildings Direct. I ‘m pleased I did. They have a wide range of sheds and me getting the one that met my needs was easy. The prices and sizes are also great. The ordering process was easy, it took me a few hours. Amazingly, the delivery was faster than I expected. It was done two days to the day we had set. The packaging was properly done to avoid breakage and when I opened it , I fell in love with what I saw. The quality and color of the wood is nice. Fixing was also easy. I’m pleased with the purchase.
