The material is quite soft and warm, and the colors are vivid and vibrant; they were precisely as depicted on the website, and they fit my boys well. I would definitely recommend this product.
However, as long as you follow the sizing recommendations, you will be extremely delighted with your purchase, even though I was a little concerned about the fit based on the other reviews.
