I ordered a signed shirt from them and it took them several weeks to get back to me. They told me that the shirt was signed and ready to be collected, but when I went to collect it, they said they still did not have it and would only get back to me later. When I finally did get the shirt, it was badly signed by an unknown person that wasn't the footballer that I wanted, and there wasn't enough time left for me to send it back and get a different one before my son's birthday. I don’t recommend the company at all.
