It's been 30 days since my item 'was ordered,' but I still haven't received it. It was only a little under £100, but that's a lot of money to lose or have stolen from you, which is what it's turning out to be.
I've been told they can't do anything because the courier quote stated that 'GPS is within guidelines'. I've never had any issues with deliveries in all the years I've lived at the address. I've used these before when I bought an expensive jacket for my son and it was delivered the next day with no problems, but after this mess, I won't use these again.
Will now have to go out of my way to reclaim my money or, at the the least, have my goods delivered 1-2 weeks after purchase.
