I placed my order for Amouage Memoir Woman EDP last month but when it arrived, everything was a mess. The perfume had leaked and it was almost halfway. I immediately contacted customer care. The phones were not going through, tried to email, there was no response and it took two days before I could be attended to. I was very disappointed by how they handle customers' complaints and returns. It was such a terrible experience doing business with this company. Though I was finally refunded, the entire process was very stressful. I’m not going to buy from them again or recommend it to anyone!
