I love the large tote I bought, it will perfectly fit all my essentials. The only problem I have had is that the customer care department never responded to me when I emailed them in regards to certain questions about the bag. If you have any questions about the bag I'd advise emailing them and waiting a few days for a response. Besides, the customer care was not attentive to instructions, but the bag is well worth it! My family thinks that I have a new purse. I recommend this company to all of the fashionistas on a budget out there.
