I've been a customer of Craftstash for a number of years now, and have always found the service I've received to be excellent coupled with speedy delivery, and great products at affordable prices. Recently, however, I had an issue with some dies purchased from them. I contacted them immediately via email as soon as I noticed the problem. The response was almost immediate and very helpful. They also offered to refund the cost of the dies, which was very kind and unnecessary on their part, but very much appreciated. Looking forward to more great shopping experience with you.
