Wide helmet choice and very fast delivery to Australia.
“delivery to Australia was amazingly fast—only 6 working days!”
Feedback is split between smooth orders with helpful staff and cases where after-sales support fails badly. Positive comments point to quick dispatch, well-protected packaging, and warranty replacements that went through. Negative accounts focus on surprise import and courier surcharges, emails that go unanswered, and refunds that are late or never arrive. Overall, reviewers describe clear pockets of good service alongside repeated breakdowns in aftercare.

Reviews describe two clear outcomes. Some customers mention proactive staff who arranged replacements and dealt with duties. Others report long delays, refused refunds, and claims that the company is insolvent.
Surprise import VAT and high courier charges come up repeatedly and drag down the sense of value. Some buyers still point to competitive base prices. A small number say the company paid duties for them.
Several reviewers highlight quick dispatch, easy ordering, and sturdy packaging. Others say orders never arrived and that the website became unreachable. A few explicitly raise bankruptcy concerns.
Some reviews applaud details like lightweight design and long glove battery life. Others describe faulty items, missing parts, and returns paid for by the buyer. A number of positive cases also mention warranty replacements.
Many complaints mention emails being ignored and support going silent after purchase. Positive notes point to reachable customer service and specific staff members who fixed problems. Reports of no replies outweigh the few examples of strong communication.
Ratings split between very happy and deeply unhappy customers. Positive stories focus on fast fulfilment and staff stepping in effectively. Negative ones highlight stalled warranty claims, large surprise fees, and communication that breaks down.

I own a pair of the claw Siberia heated gloves and have been using them for winter skiing. The battery life is great, and the gloves themselves are well made. I've had a few problems with them but all has been resolved by support via email. The battery life indicator on the gloves is somewhat unpredictable so you may find yourself going home to recharge them much earlier than expected just to be safe. Phone contact with customer support has been great, they were happy to replace them under warranty and even pay for shipping one way as part of that process. In short, my gloves were damaged by some bad batteries shipped with it.
