Overview & Key Metrics
Our Analysis
Service quality
Mixed reports: some customers describe prompt warranty repairs and replacements, while others report slow or non‑existent after-sales support and refund difficulties.
Value for money
Multiple reviews report unexpected import VAT, brokerage or hidden delivery fees that negate advertised savings; a smaller group praise competitive pricing.
User experience
Ordering and delivery vary: many customers note fast, secure dispatch, while a substantial portion report late delivery, tracking issues or fulfilment breakdowns.
Product quality
Product reports lean positive for helmets and clothing durability, but several customers report faulty units, broken parts or battery-related issues.
Communication
Communication experiences are inconsistent: some reviewers praise quick, helpful replies and phone support; others describe unanswered emails and stalled chains.
Overall experience
Overall impressions are split: many satisfied customers contrast with a significant number who faced VAT/fees, delivery failures or poor support.

Claw Siberia Heated Gloves
"I own a pair of the claw Siberia heated gloves and have been using them for winter skiing. The battery life is great, and the gloves themselves are well made. I've had a few problems with them but all has been resolved by support via email. The battery life indicator on the gloves is somewhat unpredictable so you may find yourself going home to recharge them much earlier than expected just to be safe. Phone contact with customer support has been great, they were happy to replace them under warranty and even pay for shipping one way as part of that process. In short, my gloves were damaged by some bad batteries shipped with it.

Conclusion
Reviews show a clear split in customer experience. Many buyers report quick delivery, secure packaging and satisfactory product quality; several reviewers praise warranty repairs or parts sourcing. However, a frequent pattern of unexpected import VAT, brokerage or hidden delivery fees appears in multiple accounts, and communication/after-sales responsiveness is inconsistent. Prospective customers should check import rules and shipping terms for their country, retain order and tracking details, and confirm return and warranty policies before purchasing.
