Embellished woollen track pants bobbled and stretched after first wear.
“bobbled badly on first wearing”
Reviews show a mixed picture for Chinti & Parker. Several customers report product issues—especially pilling, bobbling and stretching after few wears—and cite unclear or costly return processes. Multiple reviews also describe slow order processing or delayed refunds and unresponsive customer service. At the same time, other shoppers report quick deliveries, careful packaging and items they consider good quality. If you are considering a purchase, check fabric composition and country of origin, read the returns policy carefully and keep order and postage records in case of disputes.

I recently purchased a Green cashmere star sweater at Chinti and Parker. Overall, I was very displeased with the service I received. The store was much smaller than I had imagined it would be, and the staff could not do much to help me find what I needed. This is not to say that there were not any nice associates here, but they were very busy and could not give us enough time or attention. This is unfortunate because I expected an overall positive shopping experience at the store. At one point, one attendant was glued to her phone yet I wanted her help. The company care is disgusting. I can't recommend.
