Terrible experience
First, the website is too disorganized, it is difficult to identify items online and you have to contact the customer care support for assistance. The salespeople are very unreliable, unprofessional. The overall customer service is poor. For me, I would give a 2 star. In addition the company was unable to deliver my products after the four days they said they would. I had to keep on calling and sending emails with no reply. It was a very frustrating process that made me swear never to buy anything from them. Everyone stay away from this company if you want to be happy about your purchase!
