Missing part left cabin half-built amid poor company communication.
“there was an integral part missing.”
One review describes a delivery and fulfilment failure that stopped a cabin build because a part was missing and follow-up was poor. Another review reports a good result from ordering online after a disappointing garden-centre visit. Together, they contrast a service breakdown with a smooth online purchase.

Poor garden-centre service pushed me to order sheds online.
“they were always saying 'mind that pot' or 'don't walk on that tufted grass”
One review describes a delivery failure that stopped the build. Another points to online ordering as a better option after poor service at a garden centre.
The reviews do not mention prices, discounts, or long-term value. Perceived value remains unclear.
The main negative experience is a build interrupted by a missing component. One reviewer says they switched from buying in person to ordering online because staff interactions were unsatisfactory.
Only one review raises a product issue: a key part was missing from the cabin delivery. No one comments on material quality or durability.
The missing-part review also mentions weak communication after delivery. Other remarks focus on garden-centre staff behaviour rather than updates or messages from the company.
With only two reviews, feedback splits sharply between a major fulfilment failure and a satisfactory online purchase. There is not enough here to show a clear pattern.
For each review, the core experience based on original source reviews.

Missing part left cabin half-built amid poor company communication.
“there was an integral part missing.”
I was fed up with the boring staff at my local garden centre, they were always saying 'mind that pot' or 'don't walk on that tufted grass' etc. etc. I couldn't order anything else as they made me feel like a little girl each time I went in there. So, after you know what happened (oh yes), I decided to look on the internet for something more exciting. Well, guess what? I found the perfect log cabins company who sent me over some lovely 'Barn' storage sheds. But beware! If you go onto google and type 'shelter sheds'. I don't want anything to do with the company.
