"I recently purchased a whiteboard from Boards Direct, and I must say that my experience was wonderful. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of boards listed on it. I found the perfect size and style for my office without any hassle. The delivery process was smooth as well. My order arrived within the promised time frame, neatly packed with no damage or scratches on it. When I unboxed the board, I noticed that the quality of the product was exceptional. The surface of the board was perfectly smooth and cleanable; it did not leave any ghosting marks or stains after wiping off what had been written. What impressed me most about Boards Direct is their customer service team. They were very approachable and prompt in responding to my queries when making an inquiry before purchasing which made me confident in ordering through them.. They answered all questions courteously, efficiently guiding me through each step of purchasing online including customisation options available.
