Blue bella is terrible. I'm Still waiting for a lovely nightdress I ordered for my wife. There's absolutely no response from any of their staff members. I was skeptical about submitting an online order with this website, but I did regardless.
Now I wish I didn't, I’ve written an email for the status of my order, and they delivered it to me.
However, I've not received the item. I paid over $70 more for the nightdress.
I've sent ten emails from the day I made the transaction to them asking when the dress would get delivered or a refund and still have not received a reply.
I am going to try to lodge a dispute with my PayPal. Don't get scammed with this company. This company needs to close down.
