I like to draw and colour. I was shopping in the city and i had gone to Birdkids and there were some brown colouring books that i really wanted to get. However, when I was colouring on the books, I had gotten a marker on it and it did not come out, so I decided that I would take it back to get money back or maybe even another colouring book because I don't have much money. When i got there, they said that they do not take items back for any kind of thing, so they just gave me my money back. I thought this was really bad service and wouldn’t want anyone to experience it.
