"This was my first online shopping experience and probably the last after the frustrations I suffered from this company. After spending some time on their website, I had no doubt I would receive the right products. I ordered a pair of boots that was supposed to be a gift for someone, and when I received the package, it was all damaged. I contacted the company and they said they would send me a replacement, but I had to pay for shipping again. The shipping was almost as much as the boots. When I received the new pair, one of them was already damaged. I contacted customer service and they asked me to take a photo of the damaged boot, which I did. After that, she claimed that I was responsible for the damage and they were not liable. I suffered a double loss and this has been my worst shopping experience in my life."
