In September, I ordered an Under Armour UACG Armour Fitted MCK T-Shirt, but I had to return it to Bibloo since it was the wrong size.

I was in charge of the return shipping fees.

I received an email informing me that they had received the garment and that I may expect a compensation in the near future.

I've been waiting for it for two weeks and have yet to receive an answer.

I emailed them, but I have yet to receive an answer.

No one ever answers the phone when I call.

Despite the fact that I have been waiting for more than ten minutes on each call, the automated operator indicates that all of their colleagues are busy.

Overall, the service was of the utmost poor quality!
