Helpful service and courteous delivery; product looks great installed.
“the delivery guy was humble courteous”
Many customers mention quick delivery, careful drivers, and products that match expectations for finish and price. A large group of reviews also describes wrong or missing parts, cancelled deliveries, and weak after-sales handling. Several reviewers report faults early on and say warranty or replacement requests were refused. Experiences split sharply between smooth purchases and long-running disputes.

Reviews point to two clear service experiences. Many describe on-time delivery, helpful drivers, and quick refunds or replacements. Another recurring set reports cancelled or delayed deliveries, lost shipments, wrong parts, and after-sales support being refused.
Many reviewers call the pricing competitive and the items good value. Some say the quality is high for the price. Others feel the value drops because of extra delivery or return fees and warranty disputes that were not resolved.
Customers often describe easy online ordering, careful packaging, and fast delivery. A smaller group mentions unclear or poor instructions and trouble fitting items. Reviews also repeatedly note inaccurate website stock levels that led to cancelled orders and wasted installation time.
Many reviews highlight solid materials, good finishes, and products that match the listings. Other accounts describe faults appearing within months, peeling paint, glue showing at joins, and cracked surfaces. Several reviewers say warranty or replacement was refused for these issues.
Some customers report clear updates before delivery and responsive contact before buying. A strong negative theme describes missed replies, couriers being blamed, calls being cut off, and claims of poor support or charged support lines. Stock and delivery updates come up often in both positive and negative comments.
Feedback is split between orders that go smoothly and problems that remain unresolved. Positive reviews focus on quick delivery and good product quality. Negative reviews centre on incorrect or missing parts, return fees, and poor after-sales fixes.

Poor Customer Service!!
We have been attempting to get a problem fixed with a malfunctioning steam cabin that we bought from Better Bathrooms online firm rectified for almost a year now.
We called them multiple times about it and they told us that they would send someone out to fix it, but no one ever came.
Eventually, we phoned the local TV station and broadcast our tale about how horrible their customer service was.
It was only then that the agency started to provide us with some kind of response, but after all of this hassle, they still haven't solved our problem...
can somebody help us
