I am very disappointed by how this company handle returns. I had ordered some Classic Athena drop earrings and bracelets for my wedding but we never got to wear them. They were not as big as they appear on the website and were too small for even a child. Also some bracelets were missing. I contacted the company customer care about a return and they were very rude. I wanted an exchange. I had to contact them multiple times before they finally agreed to give us other items but it was too late and we ended up getting new ones from a local jewelry shop. I don't recommend this company as they have bad customer service .
