Very slow delivery and unhelpful, scripted customer service.
“Phoning customer service is a waste of time and a guaranteed way to raise your cortisol levels.”
Reviews show a clear pattern: fulfilment (shipping, misrouted parcels and slow dispatch) and customer support are the most frequently reported problems. Several customers also describe issues with returns handling and unexpected charges, while product reports are mixed—some praise quality, others report incorrect labelling or durability failures. Positive feedback is most often tied to in‑store staff and café service rather than online fulfilment. If you plan to shop online, consider allowing extra delivery time, keep order and delivery records, and check the returns and payment policies before purchasing.

Reviews repeatedly cite late dispatches, misrouted parcels and problems with delivery choices; a few in‑store service positives do not offset fulfilment issues.
Several reviewers report extra costs (returns, shipping) and disputed promotions or withheld donations, undermining perceived transactional value.
Many customers describe frustrating online shopping: delays, failed deliveries to chosen locations and unusable return QR codes hamper overall usability.
Product reports are mixed: some customers praise fabric and construction, others report incorrect composition labels and durability failures on higher‑priced items.
Numerous reviews call out slow, scripted or non‑responsive customer service; a minority note polite, helpful staff in physical stores or cafes.
Overall impressions skew negative in these reviews, driven primarily by fulfilment and support problems despite occasional positive in‑store encounters.

I bought 200 &klevering Vase Trunk and House Doctor Dot Vases for my wedding, and before I even received them, I had a query about the order. They responded quickly, and in just a few days, my order arrived and was perfect except for one vase that had broken. I contacted the seller, and they immediately responded with a solution before I even had time to think about it. They sent me a brand new one at no charge, and it was delivered within days. I was very happy with the quality of the vases. We filled them with flowers from our backyard and had all of the bouquets on the tables at our wedding. They added soo much beauty and everyone was left talking about them.
Lovely coffee shop staff; had to shop independently for a coat.
