My twin sisters have great love for gold earrings. When I knew this, I decided to surprise them. I ordered 18ct gold brown diamond baroque pearl earrings from annoushka. I would like to say their catalog is clear, the prices are great and they have a wide selection for both men and women. The delivery process was also flawless. However, I have an issue with their customer service. The team doesn't care about customers' needs. They responded to my questions sluggishly and made the ordering process so hectic. I was unhappy by the kind of treatment that I received. Were it not for the love I got for my little sisters, I would have cancelled my order.
