Hi all. I bought this insurance for my auto almost a month ago and I'm very pleased with the result, no complaints, not even any small thing remained. That's why I would like to try their service again but this time with their homeowners insurance plan. The price looks reasonable and that's why I decided to give it a try this month but I don't know why many of you are complaining about their customer care services. I dunno have they changed their customer care teams recently because I experienced none of your complaints while doing the inquiry on the phone earlier.
