For the last 2 years, I have enjoyed exceptional services from this company. The registration was easy and fast, premiums are reasonable, great customer care support team. The last time I had an accident in a hired car they really helped me. The claiming process was so fast and painless. However, the second time had some difficulties. It was very disappointing having to wait for another whole month before the claim was approved for compensation I had to keep on calling, emailing but they cared less. It was challenging on my end. I wasted a lot of time and resources trying to have the windows replaced. Though I was finally compensated, I decided to look for an alternative insurance cover provider.
