After a disappointment from another insurance company, I found ALA insurance company. From the reviews, I thought I would give it a trial. Little did I know I was getting into more serious and bigger problems. I had an accident last month and I have been following them without success. The process is daunting, with too much paperwork and no customer service support. There is no one to respond to my questions. I have already wasted enough time seeking compensation to the point of giving up. Today I called again and they promised to look at my issue as fast as possible. I hope they will. I regret registering with them.
