If you wish to return your item, you may contact customer service to arrange a return or exchange. Non-returnable items include perishable foods, milk, sanitary pads, face mask, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and beauty products. Once your item has been inspected, you will be notified via email whether your refund request is accepted or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Packaging and shipping will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are only applicable if an item is damaged or defective. Deliveries to the UK would be delivered the next day if the order was placed before noon from Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after noon with be dispatched the following business day. For orders less than £49, a shipping fee of £5 will be charged; otherwise, shipping will be free.
