We choose the boiler, paid for it, and received regular updates about its development.
We were advised by a phone call that our boiler was ready for fitting, so I set a date.
When the fitter arrived on the scheduled day he informed me that it was not the boiler I ordered but a different one.
This caused some complications for us since we had already paid for the boiler and had to reschedule everything at short notice, which they did a good job and replaced the boiler I ordered.
The boiler was fitted on time and looks excellent.
