Reviewers often describe fast, simple online switching and supportive phone advisers. Several say they moved quickly to better dual-fuel deals and found comparisons easy to use. I hate the reception I got at the company when purchasing my energy. The attendant was the worst I have ever met in this world. I called on energy helpline around 10-15 times and I just kept getting hung up. It's been a while, and the waiting time is horrible. The service is not good and it is not what TV hosts promised. To date, no one has ever reached back to me despite being interested in their energy. This company shouldn’t be in operation at all costs. It’s full of quacks who don’t know what they are doing! I don't like you and can't recommend it to anyone!
