Quad failed after nine months and was unsafe to operate.
“50cc quad bike “died” 9 months after purchase, it will not shut off when the child presses the kill switch and removes the key EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.”
Reviews for Fun Bikes show a clear pattern: delivery staff and drivers are frequently praised for punctuality and helpfulness (several reviewers name drivers Gavin, Dan and Chris). Many customers report an easy online purchase experience and prompt delivery, but a smaller group report serious product faults (non-starting engines, safety issues) and incorrect parts. Communication is uneven: deliveries are often well-handled, yet email responses and after-sales support are criticised in some cases. Prospective buyers should check warranty, returns and postage/parts costs before purchase and inspect items on delivery; contact customer service for clarifications where product reliability or spare parts coverage is important.

I found the Fun Bikes website easy to navigate and within minutes I had identified an Uber Scoot 2 Speed 71cc Big Wheel Off Road Adult Petrol Scooter that I had searched for months. The price was reasonable and I placed my order without difficulties. I was told that it will take about 7 days to deliver. The seven days elapsed and I emailed the company to check on the status of my delivery. There were no replies and I had to email them again and again. When they responded, they said it would take two more days. I wish they could communicate to the customers if there are delays to avoid panic. Not sure if i will buy from them again.
