DiscoverCars has a pretty average reputation when it comes to customer care. If you're going to be shopping for a car with them, you better be prepared to call them a few times if things go wrong. Unfortunately, this site is also home to some of the most pathetic, awful customer service in the entire industry. For years customer complaints against the company have piled up like snow against a drift fence waiting for Discover Cars to clean up its act. But it's time to throw away your broom and face the fact that Discover isn't going to make the grade..
